How the module helps
- Request the right review
- Configured rules determine when an action needs approval and which review steps apply. Sales integration connects this workflow to order confirmation.
- Ask for the missing information
- An approver can request clarification. The requester replies and resubmits for review, keeping the exchange in the request history.
- Record approval or rejection
- Keep responsible approvers, completion progress and decision comments together. Approval confirms the quotation; rejection leaves it in draft.
- Agree the controls for the process
- Set the rule, approvers and integration for the business action. Enable post-approval locking where your process needs it.
Implementation notes
- Sales integration connects approvals to order confirmation. Other record types need an appropriate configuration or integration.
- Approval Workflow is a separate extension and is not included automatically with Installments & Collections.
