How the module helps

Agree the payment plan

Enter an irregular schedule or generate a plan on the quotation. The confirmed sales-order plan is locked. A supported single full invoice receives the plan.

See what needs collection

Review due dates, paid amounts and unpaid balances. Filter Paid, Unpaid, Overdue or My Customers; group by responsible Sales Rep, customer or due date.

Review receipts before allocating

Find unapplied Bank and Cash receipts and preview how credit can be spread across eligible invoice installments before confirming.

Explain the customer’s balance

Print a statement for a selected period with opening balance, invoices, credits, payments and closing balance. Optional invoice detail and installment overlays add context without double-counting.
