- Start from a reusable template
- Define the document requirements and tasks for a process. Configured rules create the dossier for the relevant record.
- Assign and follow up
- Give tasks responsible people and due dates. Track work through draft, active, done and cancelled states.
- Keep files with their requirements
- Attach documents to the tasks they satisfy. Required-document tasks need a file before they can be marked Done.
- Keep the resolution visible
- Record completed, skipped and cancelled tasks, progress and activity history. Open the source business document from the dossier.
Implementation notes
- Automatic dossier creation uses configured rules and templates.
- A completed dossier can include tasks explicitly marked as skipped. Check those decisions when reviewing completeness.
- Access follows the configured groups and company rules.
