A few useful answers.

What does “unlimited” mean?
“Unlimited” means no separate item-count cap. Plan storage, resource limits and acceptable-use rules still apply, including to email, databases, subdomains and cron jobs.
Is hosting email the same as business email?
No. Hosting mailboxes are included and share your account’s storage and resources. Business email is a separate, optional service.
How does renewal pricing work?
The price follows the term you select at renewal. Renewing a three-year purchase for one year uses the one-year price. Prices and exchange rates may change.
How are EGP and SAR prices calculated?
EGP and SAR prices are converted from USD. Confirm the final amount in the client area. Exchange-rate updates do not change existing invoices or paid terms.
What does the free domain include?
Every plan includes one eligible domain registration free for the first year. After that it renews at the normal registration price for that domain.
How long are backups retained?
The platform keeps seven restore points: three daily, two weekly and two monthly. They are stored off-server and do not count against your account storage.
Can you move my existing site?
Yes. Migration assistance is available, with the scope confirmed once we have seen the source environment. We will tell you honestly if a smaller plan would serve you better.
What does the displayed price cover?
The full hosting term you select. Additional purchases and any applicable taxes are separate; confirm the final payable amount before purchase.
Which payment methods can customers in Egypt use?
We accept Meeza, InstaPay, mobile wallets and debit cards for customers in Egypt.
