How the module helps
- Plan and adjust the schedule
- Use a board or calendar to plan the team’s work. Record cancellation and rescheduling, and follow visits that become late.
- Keep the visit record together
- Record check-in and check-out times, write the visit report and connect relevant quotations to the customer conversation.
- Review and verify
- Managers can review completed work and verify the visit. Locking is configurable; an unverified report can still be edited.
- Read the activity across the team
- Compare statuses and representatives in analysis views, including recorded duration.
Implementation notes
- GPS is planned. Visit times and statuses are recorded by the team.
- Historical visit times can be entered with a note.
- Representatives’ expenses use standard Odoo Expenses.
